Your co-pay is expected to be paid at the time of your visit. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, check, or cash. There is a $35.00 non-sufficient funds fee on all returned checks. We ask that you please give our office a 24 hour notice for cancelling appointments. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to see you that day.
